UK delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is free on orders of £35 or more. Below £35, standard tracked delivery is £3.95: for example, one £29.99 silk pillowcase plus delivery totals £33.94, and one £12.99 heatless curling set plus delivery totals £16.94. The same rates apply to everything we sell: the silk pillowcase, the silk eye mask and the heatless curling set.
Where your order comes from
Orders ship from our partner warehouse in China, not from the UK. Most orders arrive 6 to 12 days after you order. Please allow up to 30 calendar days from your order for delivery, including processing and transit. This is not a next-day or UK-warehouse service. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking and help
We will send tracking information when it is available. If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days, contact raf@bhopstudio.com with your order number so we can resolve the delivery or provide the refund you are entitled to. We will not extend an agreed delivery period without your agreement.
Unexpected charges
If a carrier asks for an additional import or delivery payment, contact us before paying. We will resolve that request at our cost or refund the order if we cannot fulfil the agreed delivery.
Check your address
Review your address carefully before paying. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; a change may not be possible after dispatch.
