Reviews should help you decide, so they have to be real. This is how SofterHour handles them. We are a new, small shop, so there may be few or no reviews yet.
Who can leave a review
We only show reviews from people who bought the product from SofterHour. We check each review against our orders before we show it, and each review appears on the product it is about.
What we do not do
- We do not write reviews ourselves, and we do not ask friends, family or anyone who has not bought from us to write one.
- We do not pay for reviews, and we do not give discounts, free products or other rewards in return for one.
- We do not copy reviews from suppliers, marketplaces or other shops.
- We do not hide or remove a review because it is negative.
Positive and negative reviews
We show positive and negative reviews alike, and we do not change the wording of a review. If we reply to a review, the reply is clearly marked as coming from SofterHour.
When we remove a review
We only remove a review if it was not written by someone who bought the product from us, is not about the product, includes personal details, or is abusive, offensive or unlawful. If a review breaks these rules, we remove it entirely rather than edit it.
Asking for a review
After your order arrives, we may email you to ask for a review. Whether you leave one, and what you say, is up to you. It makes no difference to your order, a refund or your rights.
Report a review
If you think a review is fake, misleading or breaks this policy, email raf@bhopstudio.com or use our contact page. Tell us which product page it is on and the reviewer's name and date. We look into every report, remove any review that breaks this policy, and tell you what we decided.
