Orders are placed in English. Select the item and quantity, review your basket, enter your delivery details, check the final total and use the checkout payment button to submit your order. You can correct details before paying. Keep your order confirmation. If you notice an error afterwards, contact us promptly.
The current range is a mulberry silk pillowcase measuring 48 x 74 cm, sold singly or as a pair; a silk eye mask measuring about 20.5 x 10.5 cm with an adjustable elastic strap; and a champagne heatless curling set containing one fabric-covered flexible rod and two matching scrunchies (a clip and storage bag are not included; hair type, technique and setting time affect results, and a particular curl shape or hold is not guaranteed).
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. The silk pillowcase costs £29.99, or £49.99 for a pair; the silk eye mask costs £9.99; the curling set costs £12.99. UK delivery is free on orders of £35 or more and £3.95 otherwise. The order total and available payment methods appear in checkout before payment. No subscription is included.
Fulfilment and delivery
Orders ship from our partner warehouse in China directly to the address you provide. SofterHour remains responsible for your purchase and customer support. Please review our delivery information before ordering. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, orders must be delivered within 30 days. Contact us about a missing or late order so we can resolve it and provide any refund you are entitled to.
