What size is the silk pillowcase?
It measures 48 x 74 cm. Most standard UK pillows are 50 x 75 cm, so please check your pillow before you order. Choose a single or a pair, in champagne, pink, metal grey or white (white comes as a single).
How do I wash the silk pillowcase?
Hand wash cool with a gentle detergent, or use a mesh bag on a cool delicates cycle. Dry flat, out of direct sun. See our care and styling guide.
What is the silk eye mask made of?
The front and back are mulberry silk, and the soft inner layer is not silk. It measures about 20.5 x 10.5 cm and has an adjustable elastic strap.
How do I wash the silk eye mask?
Wash it apart from dark fabrics, by hand or on a gentle machine cycle with a mild detergent, and do not leave it soaking for more than 30 minutes. Dry it in the shade, out of direct sun.
What is included in the curling set?
One champagne-coloured flexible curling rod and two matching scrunchies. A claw clip and storage bag are not included.
Does the curling set use heat?
No heated styling tool is needed. Hair is wrapped around the rod and allowed to set. Results depend on your hair and technique; see our styling guide.
Where does my order ship from?
Orders ship from our partner warehouse in China. Delivery is free on orders of £35 or more, otherwise £3.95. Most orders arrive 6 to 12 days after you order; allow up to 30 calendar days including processing and transit. See our delivery information.
How do I get help with an order?
Use our contact form. Include your order number and a short description of the issue. For a damaged or incorrect item, keep the packaging and take clear photographs so we can investigate.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
